She is experienced in several domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, with practice in transactions’ negotiation and structuring. Extensive experience in Media & Entertainment and Education sectors. Member of the Arbitrators List of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration – CBMA. Recognized with the Finance Monthly Deal Maker of the Year Award for 2023 and 2024 (M&A Transactions Adviser of the Year).
